Insurance quotes provided through our platform are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on additional underwriting factors. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

6. Limitation of Liability

FinChoice shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any insurance policy purchased through our service. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Albanian law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tirana, Albania.
